Acceptable characters would be a date in this format, "11/28/94 - 11/9/12" or any wording you desire that is 20 characters or less (including spaces). As with any custom-made product, our stones are non-returnable with the exception of a mistake on our end. Stones will be engraved to your specifications directly from the text that you supply us with in your order. If we make an error in the spelling, then we will make it right.
